Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused plastic containers in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected with bubble wrap or padding to prevent cracking during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
